These terms are an agreement between you and Untamed Enterprises LLC dba ServiceFlowPro.com when you use this website, configure a product, make a purchase, or download a Service Flow Pro package.
Effective July 25, 20261. Who provides the service
Untamed Enterprises LLC dba ServiceFlowPro.com (“Untamed,” “Service Flow Pro,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website, sells or licenses the digital products, and is the legal party to these terms. ServiceFlowPro.com™ is a trade name and brand used by Untamed Enterprises LLC; it is not a separate legal entity.
2. The products
Service Flow Pro™ offers personalized digital downloads. Paid versions of the Personalized AI Skill Pack, Personalized Data Analyst Toolkit, and CFO Operating Toolkit are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A product may also be offered free during a clearly labeled beta. Custom development is a separate service that begins only after a written agreement.
3. Your configuration
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the right to submit it. Do not provide passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers, or confidential files through the product configurators.
4. Early-access waitlist
Joining a waitlist is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of a launch date. No card is required and no payment is collected. We may retain the configuration you submit so you can continue from the same product choices when sales open.
5. Free beta products
The beta library offers one free skill per email, and selected products may be offered as a separate free beta, for testing and internal business use. No card is required. Beta products may change and are provided as available. You agree to one feedback request for the beta product; product news is optional and requires a separate choice. You may not resell or publicly redistribute a beta package.
6. Payment and delivery
Payments to Untamed Enterprises LLC are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout. A purchase is complete only after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery, recovery access, and limited refund circumstances are described in our Delivery & Refund Policy.
7. License and ownership
After payment or approved beta access, Untamed Enterprises LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and maintain the delivered package for the internal operations of the receiving business. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute the package as a competing template or product. You retain ownership of the business information you provide.
8. Trademarks
Service Flow Pro™, ServiceFlowPro.com™, and the SFP lightning-and-wordmark design are trademarks claimed by Untamed Enterprises LLC. These terms do not grant permission to use those marks, logos, or confusingly similar branding except to truthfully identify an unmodified Service Flow Pro product. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Human review is required
The products assist with business work but do not replace professional, legal, tax, accounting, employment, security, or compliance advice. Review outputs before relying on them, contacting people, changing records, or making consequential decisions.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or products to break the law, harm others, bypass access controls, send prohibited outreach, introduce malicious code, or interfere with Service Flow Pro or its providers.
11. Service availability and warranties
Digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to deliver verified packages but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular financial, operational, or commercial result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untamed Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim concerning a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
