Effective July 25, 2026Delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, the completion page prepares and presents your private ZIP. We also send a receipt through Stripe and, when selected, a separate delivery message with a recovery link. We do not email ZIP attachments.
Free beta delivery
A clearly labeled free beta does not require Stripe or a card. After you agree to one short feedback request, its completion page presents the protected download and we send a seven-day recovery link. Product news remains a separate optional choice.
Recovery window
Recovery links expire after seven days. Generated artifacts may remain available for up to 30 days, but that retention period is not a promise of indefinite storage. Download the package promptly and keep your own backup.
Support
If payment succeeded but the package is unavailable, incomplete, or corrupted, contact ryan@cloudelephants.com with the Stripe receipt and order reference. We respond within three business days and will provide fresh access or correct a verified delivery problem.
Refunds
Because each package is personalized and delivered digitally, sales are final once working download access has been provided. Refunds are available for duplicate charges or when a confirmed delivery failure cannot be corrected. A change of mind, failure to follow the included setup instructions, or incompatibility introduced by later local modifications is not a delivery failure.
