Set up your AI skill pack.
Start here after you get the ZIP file. Most people can finish in about ten minutes.
You need three things.
- Your Service Flow Pro ZIP file
- The AI tool you want to use
- A folder where you can keep the pack
You do not need a password from us. Do not add one to the pack.
Follow these steps in order.
- Open the ZIP.
Double-click the ZIP file. Move the open folder to a safe place.
- Open START-HERE.md.
This file is at the top of your pack. Read it first.
- Copy the skill folders.
Use the folder shown for your AI tool below.
- Start your AI tool again.
Close the tool. Open it again. This helps it find the new skills.
Where do the skill folders go?
Codex
Put the skill folders in your project skills folder.
.agents/skillsClaude Code
Put the skill folders in your Claude skills folder.
.claude/skillsGemini CLI
Put the skill folders in your Gemini skills folder.
.gemini/skillsAnother AI tool
Open INSTALL.md. It tells you what your pack can support.
Ask for one clear job.
Open HOW-TO-USE.md in your pack. Copy one skill name. Then say:
Use $your-skill-name. Help me start this job. Tell me what you need from me. Take one step at a time.
The skill will ask for the facts it needs. It will then make the report, plan, draft, or task list named in the skill.

- Make a copy of your file.
- Remove passwords and secret keys.
- Tell the AI tool what the file is.
- Ask the skill to show its plan first.
- Read the result before you use it.
You stay in charge.
- Check names, dates, money, and claims.
- Ask a person to review high-risk work.
- Do not let the tool send or post without your clear OK.
- Keep private files in a place your team trusts.
If the skill does not show up:
- Make sure the skill folder has a SKILL.md file.
- Make sure you copied the folder, not only the file.
- Close and open your AI tool again.
- Open INSTALL.md and check the folder path.
If it still does not work, send us the pack name and tool name.
